What are the requirements?

  • You have already participated in one or more off-road training courses in the last 12 months.
  • You have mastered 70-80% of the basic off-road driving techniques (see training content).
  • You ride a touring enduro motorcycle and have had it since then. little time and had opportunities to apply and consolidate what they had learned.

    Training content*

    • Day 1: Standing positions, gaze direction, balance and equilibrium training, footrest handling & road grooves, sensitive & controlled speed control via clutch & brake, cornering technique; optional braking technique
    • Day 2: Ascents/descents, emergency stop on a slope, starting on a slope, braking technique with ABS, final "all-in" run.
    • Must-have:

      • You have a valid driver's license.
      • You wear off-road suitable protective gear (protectors – arm, shoulder, back, gloves, closed helmet and enduro-suitable boots).
      • Included services

        • Two lunches, each including a non-alcoholic beverage
        • Fruit, muesli bars and water to quench thirst are available all day, as well as coffee from midday onwards.
        • Crash parts, fuel (rental motorcycle)
        • Workshop service

What is our goal?

  • Repeating and consolidating driving techniques through short and intensive repetitions of the most important off-road driving basics with a significantly higher proportion of practical driving exercises.
  • Providing safety through controlled vehicle control
  • Mastery of basic off-road driving techniques (see training content) to 90% +

Where do the training sessions take place?

The Mammutpark and its 130 hectares of unique terrain structure and trail network enable an almost 1:1 true-to-life real-world representation of different surfaces, situations, conditions and requirement profiles to prepare you for a journey, a rally, the ACT or TET through our tailor-made training courses (Standard, Individual or Special).


* The listed course content is merely a suggestion and depends on the varying riding levels of the participants as well as weather and terrain conditions. The instructor's experience and decision regarding the inclusion or omission of individual training elements are at their discretion; therefore, participants have no right to the complete course being taught.

You can participate in this enduro training with your own motorcycle or book one of our rental bikes. All our rental bikes are also available with a lowered seat or suspension. Spectators are welcome!

Accommodation

For participants traveling from afar or who have booked a multi-day training course, the Mammutpark guesthouse in the renovated former barracks building, located right next to the training grounds, is recommended for overnight stays. This is also the starting point for all training sessions. For those who simply prefer to stay in their campervan, van, or tent, camping directly on the Mammutpark grounds offers a unique experience.
